Post 4: My Favorite Festivity

My favorite festivity is Halloween, this is a festivity that is celebrated on October 31th. Halloween is the result of the union between rituals Celta (called Samhain) and the Christianity, but this activity has changed over time.

In this festivity, the children dress up of different character, witches, vampires, ghost, they are the most preferred. The children go to the houses trick or treating. Because it is said that, that night “the dead” come out on the street. Also, the people go to the cemetery to see the dead.

I like Halloween, because, I think that is a festivity funny and interesting. I like the ambience of the celebration, the children on the street, candy, witches, the horror movies. Furthermore, is the holiday, so the people can rest.
